Shipping
At Popflash Photo, we know that receiving your order in a timely fashion is of primary importance. We therefore offer several ways of shipping your order:
- UPS
- United States Postal Service
- United States Postal Service International
ALL ORDERS WITH A VALUE OVER $700 DOLLARS WILL ONLY BE SHIPPED USING UPS SHIPPING SERVICES (NO PO BOXES)
UNLESS OTHERWISE PRE-APPROVED:
- WE ONLY SHIP TO VERIFIED AND CONFIRMED PAY PAL ADDRESSES
- WE ONLY SHIP TO THE LISTED CREDIT CARD BILLING / SHIPPING ADDRESS
- FREE SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE ONLY VALID WITHIN THE UNITED STATES.
- All shipped orders will have a tracking number and may require a signature confirmation for delivery. Orders with items totaling over $250 will require a signature at delivery. Tracking numbers may be obtained via e-mail at support@popflash.com.
Receiving Your Order:
Once your order has been received, POPFLASH requests that you check the condition of your order. If there is any damage or an item is missing please contact us within one (1) business day or 24 hours. If the order arrives damaged, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the shipping carrier to request an inspection of the order so a full refund or replacement can be issued. We ask that all packing materials be saved until a resolution of the problem is reached.
When unpacking orders, we ask that care be taken so as not to damage the manufacturer's packaging. Manufacturer's warranty cards should NOT BE FILLED OUT until you are completely sure you are keeping your order. Please keep all packing materials, instructions, etc. until you are sure you are keeping your order. Orders with filled-out warranty cards CANNOT BE RETURNED for replacement or credit.
We request that you keep your invoice in case you do return your order and to PLEASE read any and all instructions prior to testing the equipment.
POPFLASH PHOTO is not responsible for any import or customs fees thay may be charged for orders shipped outside of the United States.
- Most orders placed online before 2:30pm PST are scheduled to ship out the same business day (Monday thru Friday).
- Orders placed by phone or email are normally processed and shipped the next business day (Monday thru Friday).
