Returns

PopFlash Photo WILL NOT accept any return or exchange without an RMA number. To obtain an RMA number please email support@popflash.com and include a reason you would like to return the item(s).

- An RMA number for all returns/exchanges MUST be requested within FIVE (5) WORKING days of the purchase DELIVERY DATE.
- All returns/exchanges must be postmarked within FIVE (5) WORKING days from the date the RMA number is issued.
- Shipping is non-refundable.  For returns on orders which included free shipping, the shipping expense will be deducted from the refund amount. 
- Returns/Exchanges MUST be shipped PREPAID to PopFlash.Photo.
- Popflash reserves the right to either refuse the return or to impose a restocking fee of 25% on returns/exchanges without an RMA number or which do not meet the return/exchange requirements below.
- ALL Special orders items from Popflash Photo will not be accepted for a Return unless defective upon arrival.

Returns/Exchanges for NEW items:

  • Items must be returned in perfect and brand new condition in the manufacturer's original and undamaged box/packaging.
  • Items which are delivered with a SEALED box or packaging must be returned unopened and the seal not damaged or broken.
  • All manufacturer's packing materials, accessories and original UNSIGNED warranty cards must also be in perfect NEW condition and included. Any manufacture's warranty or software must also have not been registered or activated.
  • New items returned which are not in new condition may be refused or a restocking fee imposed.
Returns/Exchanges for USED items:
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, and retutned with all manufacturer's packing materials, accessories and original UNSIGNED warranty cards which may have been included.
  • Items which are delivered with a SEALED box or packaging must be returned unopened and the seal not damaged or broken.
  • Used items returned which are not in the same condition will be refused or a restocking fee imposed. 
  • Any manufacture's warranty of software included must also have not been registered or activated.
  • Used cameras must be returned with a maximum number of 20 pictures (equivalent to one roll of film) taken or less.

Packing Tips:

  • Pack in original packing whenever possible. Bubble wrap and/or packing peanuts is the preferred packing material. Wrap each item individually and secure it with tape.
  • If the original packing is unavailable, choose an appropriate size box for the item(s) to be returned in to avoid bouncing around in the box. Please keep a list of the items being returned or exchanged for reference.
After obtaining an RMA number, please return to the address below. Please include the RMA number in the address or visible on the outside of the return shipment.
