This Q-CAP is the same CNC machined, high-quality lens cap you expect from Otect. Our lens caps are precision machined from aerospace grade aluminium and hard anodised in a deep black for the best protection and colour. The surfaces of the cap are perfectly planar with the surfaces of the hood, so once again, our lens caps continue to feel like an extension of the Leica camera. 

This new design for the Q3 43 features a unique locking mechanism tailored to the Q3 43 lens hood, for an incredibly secure fit.

Fit and Security: It features a unique locking mechanism tailored to the Q3 43 lens hood for a very secure fit. Two tabs snap into the inner surfaces of the lens hood for a strong, positive lock with no play between the hood and the cap.
