Returns

PopFlash Photo WILL NOT accept any return or exchange without an RMA number. To obtain an RMA number please contact at support@popflash.com or by phone at 805-492-6548. An RMA number for all returnsexchanges MUST be requested within seven (7) days of the purchase delivery date. All returns/exchanges must be postmarked within seven (7) days from the date the RMA number is issued. Shipping is non-refundable.  For returns on orders which included free shipping, the shipping expense will be deducted from the refund amount. Popflash reserves the right to either refuse the return or to impose a restocking fee of 20% on returns/exchanges without an RMA number or which do not meet return/exchange requirements.

Returns/Exchanges for New & Used items:

  • NEW items must be in perfect and brand new condition and returned in the manufacturer's original and undamaged box (sealed box/packaging when apapplicable). All manufacturer's packing materials, accessories and original UNSIGNED warranty cards must also be in perfect NEW condition and included. Any manufacture's warranty of software must also have not been registered or activated. New items returned which are not in new condition may be refused or a restocking fee imposed.
  • USED items must be returned in the same condition as when shipped, with any manufacturer's packing materials, accessories and original UNSIGNED warranty cards which may have been included. Used items returned which are not in the same condition will be refused or a restocking fee imposed. Any manufacture's warranty of software must also have not been registered or activated.
  • Used cameras must ve returned with a maximum number of 40 pictures (equivalent to one roll of film) taken or less. 
  • Returns/Exchanges MUST be shipped PREPAID to PopFlash.Photo.
  • Returns/Exchanges MUST have RMA number or a 20% restocking fee will be imposed.

PopFlash Photo is not responsible for any import or customs fees thay may be charged for orders shipped outside of the United States.
