Orders for USPS delivery received online before 3pm(PST) go out for delivery same day(Monday thru Friday) 

Orders for FedEx delivery received online before 2:30pm(PST) go out for delivery same day(Monday thru Friday) 

Orders placed over the phone are normally processed and shipped the next business day (Monday thru Friday)
