Returns
Returns on electronic equipment (ie: digital cameras), EXCLUDING RICOH DIGITAL CAMERAS, are only provided on case by case status and we MUST be notified within 24 hours of delivery of goods. All cameras must be returned in the same new condition as received by the customer with a maximum number of 40 pictures (equivalent to one roll of film) taken or less. Most digital cameras have an internal electronic counter and can not be resold if an excessive amount of pictures are taken. (Besides most people know right a way if they like an item or not, so there is no need to take hundreds of pictures before returning it).
All sales of Lowepro products are final, no RMA’s will be given. Lowepro offers a Lifetime Warranty on all their bags.
Returns/Exchanges for Ricoh Digital Cameras:
Customers wishing to return or exchange Ricoh Digital cameras must contact POPFLASH.PHOTO within 24 hours from the time the camera is delivered to the customer to obtain an RMA number. Any camera sent to POPFLASH.PHOTO without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the customer. The camera must be in the same condition as received by the customer and have NO PICTURES TAKEN. Any defective camera that has had any pictures taken, and/or is beyond the 24 hour return period must be handled through CRISCAM, Ricoh’s authorized US repair facility, or any authorized Ricoh repair depot. Ricoh no longer allows POPFLASH.PHOTO, Ricoh authorized dealer, to send any camera in for repair on behalf of the customer.
Customers in need of repair for a USED or DEMO Ricoh digital camera containing a POPFLASH.PHOTO warranty must be sent to POPFLASH.PHOTO, postmarked within the warranty time period
Returns/exchanges must meet the following requirements:
- NEW items must be in perfect and brand new condition and returned in the manufacturer's original and undamaged box. All manufacturer's packing materials, accessories and original UNSIGNED warranty cards must also be in perfect condition and included.
- USED items must be returned in the same condition as when shipped.
- Returns/Exchanges MUST be shipped PREPAID to PopFlash.Photo.
- Returns/Exchanges MUST have RMA number or a 15% restocking fee will be imposed
Packing Tips:
- Pack in original packing whenever possible. Bubble wrap, packing peanuts or newspaper is the preferred packing material. Wrap each item individually and secure it with tape.
- If original packing is unavailable, choose an appropriate size box for the item(s) to be returned in to avoid bouncing around in the box. Keep a list of the items being returned or exchanged for reference.
